I can’t believe I’m even writing this piece as curiosity got the better of me on this one. Anybody that knows me will be all too familiar with my love/hate Kar-crash-ian relationship.. That being I love to hate them 😂 (except Kenny, I leave her alone shes the only one that hasn’t used a man for any sort of publicity or surname) however, loving to hate them I wanted so badly to hate this purchase… but to my pleasant surprise, I have to say I’m absolutely sold and Im never going back….
I had seen a few people in me Facebook an Instagram newsfeed raving about this Black Seed Oil in the Kardashian hair range, now reverting back to my https://allkindsofeverythingx.com/2017/02/23/great-hair-cause-you-care/ we discovered how much I love “light clear non residue” product for my hair and would avoid oil like the plague as my hairs quite fine so I took a lil risk here, I know Im such a daredevil changing shampoo 😂 Anyway, this is it KARDASHIAN BEAUTY HAIR PRODUCTS getting a 100 out of 10 from me.. No your not seeing things.. Im totally converted.. read on for the product run down!!
So 1st things 1st is Black Seed Oil the main ingredient of the Rejuvenating range I bought from!
Black Cumin Seed Oil (also often called Black Coriander Oil or simply Black Oil) comes from the Nigella Sativa plant that is native to Asia. It is used topically in some cultures to naturally soften, strengthen and firm skin and help increase hair growth. Some studies even suggest that it may be a very useful remedy against scars and to prevent scar formation on wounds.
Upon my research I also found apparently Cleopatra herself was partial to the oul Black Seed Oil, so Im sure if she was here she be on insta raving about it herself so if its good enough for her I’ll defo give it a run out 😂
Shampoo ~ So the shampoo, its consistency its quite thick, it kind of looks 1 part clear to 3 parts cream, which was the first thing turning me off using it as it wasnt a “clear” shampoo. I put it onto the hair, started at the top for a scrub as ya do but it didn’t “move round” and I had to keep massaging it in, I ran me head back under the shower to losen it up and bam I was working that baby like your one having a shower on the plane off the herbal essence ad.. So basically it doesn’t lather up easily but you get there.. it smells quite nice too!
Tip: Try to move it round your hands before you put it to your hair so you don’t have it all lumped into the one area and have to move it round as much when trying to lather it up.
Conditioner ~ This really impressed me, its normal conditioner consistency, the usual jazz, rub it round ur hands, start at the bottom, work your way up, leave it for 2/3 minutes, then rinse.. what I loved about it was, when i normally use a light conditioner I find it doesn’t take that matted hair apart from the shampoo massage esp on top of me head but this actually did and it is so smooth. Safe to say I was sold on the first use.
Top Tip: Like all conditioners rinse really well or you end up with an oil slick in your hair.
Blackseed Dry Oil ~ I was very VERY sceptical about the this cause I couldn’t imagine using an oil that wasnt going to make your hair oily/greasy. Towel dry your air and just a pea size amount rubbed in your hands and work from the bottom up and your good to go. This also smells amazing. Its not a detangler but it leaves your hair really smooth and the finished piece has your hair shining like a new penny.
Top Tip: The bottle states you can use this on damp or dry hair and as good as I found it on damp I don’t know how it can give the same effect on dry hair.
Pure Glitz Hairspray ~ I know all I’m doing is singing the praises but I swear Kim and her crew aren’t dropping a euro into me bank account for this post, but I want to know where this Hairspray has been all me life. It is the best hold imaginable without that thick, sticky, making your hair as hard as rock type of spray. I dont know if its all this black seed oil extraction but it just works. Its the type of spray you can stil play round your hair with when you’ve used it and still get all you want from a hairspray.
Top Tip: Buy the largest bottle available in this cause you will not look back.
In conclusion all these products are everything I’ve ever wanted and more for my hair. They arent that expensive and every euro is accounted for in the results. There was no left over residue of anything and on top of that I went 3/4 days after washing before I even felt I needed to wash it again, it was that good. The wash lasts, simple as.
I have taken the liberty of shopping round online, a lot of chemists stock it.
12fl oz/335 ml Shampoo/Conditioner in Molloys Pharmacy came in at €9.95 but for some reason was Meaghers Pharmacy was €17.95 for the same size? Unless its a misprint for the larger bottle again thats a major comparison and saving.
The Oil is €15.95 and for whatever reason I can’t seem to find the Hairspray sold on it’s own only in the travel sets.
Speaking of travel sets I bought mine for €30 it comes with an 82ml Shampoo, Conditioner, an Oil and Spray. So if you want to try the product you save a few bob than buying full size and finding it doesn’t impress you. Available in both Meaghers and Molloys.
There is so much more to this range I cant wait to try, curling lotions, hair mist, dry shampoo, brushes, curlers I could go on but I will wait till I try them all and stick it up for you all.
I would love to hear your feedback if you try this out esp if its all good cause I can’t go liking this Kardashian stuff on me own being a hater 😂😂 🙈🙈
